How to Cook
- Pour egg and water into a mixing bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to liquids.
- Whip for 1 minute at low speed
- Scrape the mixing bowl.
- Whip for 7 minutes at high speed, and finally for 1 minute at low speed.
- Pour batter into a greased or baking paper lined trays or cake rings.
Baking Method
- Add 100 g eggs, 100 g water and 50 g melted
butter to the original recipe - Bake for 6 – 8 minutes at 220 – 230 °C.
