Ingredients

Ingredients Original
Super Gato Sponge Cake Concentrate 50 g (1 cup)
Flour 150 g(1 cup)
Sugar 200 g(1 cup)
Whole Eggs 250 g(5 pcs)
Water 50 g (¼ cup)

How to Cook

  • Pour egg and water into a mixing bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to liquids.
  • Whip for 1 minute at low speed.
  •  Scrape the mixing bowl.
  •  Whip for 10 – 12 minutes at high speed.
  • Pour batter into a greased or baking paper lined
    trays or cake rings.

Baking Method

  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180 – 190 °C.
