Ingredients

Ingredients Original Economical
Concentrate 50 g (1 cup) 50 g (1 cup)
Cake Flour 150 g (1 cup) 150 g (1 cup)
Whole Eggs 250 g (5 pcs) 180 g (3 ½ pCs)
Water 60 g (¼ cup) 120 g (½ cup)

 

How to Cook

  • Pour egg, and water into a mixing bowl.
  •  Add dry ingredients to liquids.
  •  Whip for 1 minute at low speed.
  • Scrape the mixing bowl.
  •  Whip for 10 – 12 minutes at high speed.
  • Pour batter into a greased or baking paper lined trays
    or cake rings.

Baking Method

  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180°C.
