Vasilco 169 Cake Gel Paste 32 g(2 tablespoons)
Sugar 400 g(1 ¾ cups)
Wheat Flour 320 g(2 cups)
Corn Starch 150 g(1 ¼ cup)
Baking Powder 8 g(1/2 tablespoon)
Whole Eggs 470 g(9 pcs)
Water 200 g(¾ cup)
Vanilla Flavor 3 g (1 teaspoon)

Dosage

2 – 3% of batter weight

How to Cook

  • Mix all ingredients for 1 minute at low speed,
    then 8 minutes at high speed.

Baking Method

  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180 – 190 °C.
