Chocolate Cookie Mix | 1000 g(61/2 cups) |
Soft Butter / Margarine | 350 q(1 1/2 cups) |
Whole Eggs | 125 g (3 pcs) |
Preparation Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together for 1 minute at low speed.
- Roll the dough into a desired thickness,
- Cut it with a knife and press the dough and keep in the baking trays.
- Scoop the dough with an ice cream scooper and
place in baking trays.
Baking Method:
- Bake for 12 – 15 minutes at 200 – 210 °C.
(Depending on oven type).
