How to Cook
- Pour egg, water, and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to liquids.
- Beat for 2 minutes at low speed.
- Scrape the mixing bowl.
- Beat for 6 minutes at medium speed
- Add fruits, nuts or chocolate chips as desired.
- Deposit batter into baking cups.
Baking Method
- For 75 grams muffins,
Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 170 – 180 °C.
