Almond Macaron Mix | 1000 g (6 cups) |
Water | 200 g (3/4 Cup) |
Preparation Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients all together for 5 minutes at
medium speed. - After mixing, the batter gets firm and ready
to use with a piping bag. - Pipe 120 dots of approx. 10 g batter onto
a baking tray covered with silicon paper. - Let macarons dry for at least one hour.
Baking Method:
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes at 150 °C.
(Depending on oven type). - For colored macarons, add desired color with total liquids
on recommended recipe not exceeding 200 g. - Spread 4 g of desired filling on one macaron to be
sandwiched with another.
