Ingredients

Ingredients Original
Almond Macaron Mix 1000 g (6 cups)
Water 200 g (3/4 Cup)

Preparation  Instructions:

  • Mix the ingredients all together for 5 minutes at
    medium speed.
  • After mixing, the batter gets firm and ready
    to use with a piping bag.
  • Pipe 120 dots of approx. 10 g batter onto
    a baking tray covered with silicon paper.
  • Let macarons dry for at least one hour.

Baking Method:

  • Bake for 15- 20 minutes at 150 °C.
    (Depending on oven type).
  • For colored macarons, add desired color with total liquids
    on recommended recipe not exceeding 200 g.
  • Spread 4 g of desired filling on one macaron to be
    sandwiched with another.
