Ingredients

 

Ingredients Original
English Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
Whole Eggs 250 g(5 pcs)
Vegetable Oil (Corn) 350 g(11/2 cups)
Water 200 g (2/3 cup)

Mixed Dried Fruits,
Chocolate Chips, or Sultanas

Preparation  Instructions:

  • Blend liquid ingredients for approx. 2 minutes.
  • Add English Cake Mix to blended liquid ingredients and beat for 1 minute at low speed.
  • Scrape down well.
  • Beat for approximately 5 minutes at medium speed.
  • Fold dried fruits or chocolate chips into batter prior to depositing,
  • Pour batter into mold with a capacity of 350 – 500 g.

Baking Method:

  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180 – 190 °C.
    (Depending on oven type).
