Whole Eggs | 250 g(5 pcs) |
Vegetable Oil (Corn) | 350 g(11/2 cups) |
Water | 200 g (2/3 cup) |
Mixed Dried Fruits,
Chocolate Chips, or Sultanas
Preparation Instructions:
- Blend liquid ingredients for approx. 2 minutes.
- Add English Cake Mix to blended liquid ingredients and beat for 1 minute at low speed.
- Scrape down well.
- Beat for approximately 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Fold dried fruits or chocolate chips into batter prior to depositing,
- Pour batter into mold with a capacity of 350 – 500 g.
Baking Method:
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180 – 190 °C.
