Creme Caramel Mix 200 g (1 cup)
Fresh Milk 1300 g (5½/4 cups)

Preparation  Instructions:

  • Add fresh milk to Creme Caramel Mix and
    heat to boiling point for 3 – 5 minutes while whisking.
  • Pour small amount of caramelized sugar on the bottom of moulds.
  • Pour boiled Creme Caramel mixture into moulds.
  • Allow to chill for 1 – 3 hours before serving.
