Creme Caramel Mix | 200 g (1 cup) |
Fresh Milk | 1300 g (5½/4 cups) |
Preparation Instructions:
- Add fresh milk to Creme Caramel Mix and
heat to boiling point for 3 – 5 minutes while whisking. - Pour small amount of caramelized sugar on the bottom of moulds.
- Pour boiled Creme Caramel mixture into moulds.
- Allow to chill for 1 – 3 hours before serving.
