Rap Fine Crème Patissiere Custard 100 g (3/4 cup)
Water(10-15°C) 250 g(1 cup)

 

How to Cook

  • Pour water into a mixing bowl and slowly add Rap Fine Crème Patissiere Custard.
  • Mix for 1 minute at low speed, then 4 minutes at high speed.
  • Leave the custard to set for 30 minutes.
