Instant Fresh Cheesecake Mix 500 g(3½ cups)
Lemon Juice 35 g(3  tablespoon)
Chilled Full Cream Milk 410 g(31 cups)

Base:

Sweet Biscuits, coarsely broken 115 g
Golden Churn Butter, melted 75 g

Preparation Instructions:

  • Grease a 20 cm spring form cake ring.
  • Place broken biscuits into a food processor and blend until
    small crumbs are formed. Place biscuits into a medium size bowl
    and mix in melted butter until biscuits are moistened.
  • Press biscuit mixture into the base of the lined ring. Chill until required.
  • Place Fresh Cheesecake Mix into a large bowl.
  • Pour the milk into the bowl while beating the mixture
    with hand held electric beaters on medium speed.
  • Add the lemon juice into the mixture and beat for 3 minutes at high speed
    or until a smooth, creamy consistency, free of lumps is obtained.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared cheesecake base.
  • Refrigerate until set..
