Ingredients

Ingredients Original
Biscamix Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix 1000 g (5 cups)
Whole Eggs 600 g (12 pcs)
Water 200 g (2/3 cup)

Preparation  Instructions:

  • Pour egg and water into a mixing bowl.
  •  Add dry ingredients to liquids.
  •  Whip for 1 minute at low speed.
  •  Scrape the mixing bowl.
  •  Whip for 7 minutes at high speed, and finally for 1 minute at low speed.
  •  Pour batter into a greased or baking paper lined trays
    or cake rings.

Baking Method:

  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 180 – 190 °C.
    (Depending on oven type).
